Award lets you search for redemption availability across travel loyalty programs, including airlines, hotels, and more. We also offer related products and services to complement your search, through which data may be shared or collected as described in our privacy policy. Features may be offered in beta and are subject to change or discontinuation at any time without prior notice.

Accounts

Access to certain features requires signing in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable use

When using Award, you agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the service.
• Access or collect data from the service through any automated means, including bots, scripts, or similar technology.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the service.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the service.
• Use the service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms.

You may use data obtained from Award for commercial purposes, provided that all access is manual and not through automated means.

Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of Award — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of Award or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Award may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not affiliated with, and do not endorse or assume responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access third-party links at your own risk.

Data accuracy

Availability data displayed on Award is community-sourced and may be stale, incomplete, or inaccurate at the time you view it. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, timeliness, or reliability of any data shown. You should always verify availability directly with the relevant airline, hotel, or loyalty program before making any decisions. Award accepts no responsibility for decisions made based on data displayed on the platform, including but not limited to booking decisions, transferring points between programs, or any other related actions.

Disclaimer of warranties

Award is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data displayed is accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Award and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. We are not responsible if any third party suspends, restricts, or terminates your account with them as a result of your use of Award or its extended products.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Award at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Any provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of Award after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
